Luke Dewberry

 

Hi everyone! I’m Luke, an Osteopath from Evolve Sports Medicine, working in the front office here at CFM.

My background combines osteopathy, personal training and psychology, with over 15 years in the strength and fitness space and 7+ years focused on injury management and rehab.

At CFM, my goal is simple: to help you stay training, performing and feeling your best long term.

For some, that’s uncovering the extra 1% variables needed to push performance in CrossFit or HYROX. For others, it’s working through injuries, surgery rehab, or those frustrating niggles that just don’t seem to go away.

If I can keep you out of the clinic and in the gym, I will!

Outside of work I’m a bit of a jack of all sports, master of none. I’ve competed in powerlifting, physique, squash, tennis and trail running, and this year I’m trying my luck at both CrossFit and HYROX. I'm looking forward to juggling performance, recovery, injury management and everyday life (especially with a wife and daughter keeping me on my toes).

If something feels off, or you’re not sure what to do about an injury, you'll find me in the office or the gym, come and say hi!

Daniel Godeassi

 

Hi everyone - I’m Dan, a Sports Physiotherapist from Evolve Sports Medicine, working here inside CFM.

My background spans over 10 years in physiotherapy and more than 15 years in strength and conditioning, working with motivated individuals and athletes who want to get the most out of their training, health and performance.

At CFM, my focus is helping you stay training consistently, manage injuries properly, and build the strength and resilience to keep progressing long term.

Whether it’s something that’s just come on, a recurring niggle, or an issue that hasn’t fully resolved, I enjoy helping people understand what’s going on and get back to moving confidently.

My own training is centred around strength sports, boxing and getting outdoors, so I understand how frustrating it is when pain slows you down - and how important it is to keep momentum in your training. I'm also developing a green thumb with my home garden, any tips encouraged!

If something doesn’t feel right during a session, feel free to come say hello in the gym - always happy to chat.
