MEMBERSHIP FREEZE

I understand FREEZE requests MUST be submitted at least 7 days and for a maximum of 8 weeks 


Freezes are processed every Monday so we require this 7-day notice to process your request accordingly.


Dates cannot be backdated

Membership Hold Terms

  • A minimum of 7 days' notice is required before your requested freeze date.

  • Verbal requests, social media messages or emails are not accepted.

  • Members are entitled to two (2) complimentary freezes per calendar year.

  • Minimum freeze is 7 days

  • Additional freezes are available for $5 per week.

  • The maximum combined freeze period is 60 days per calendar year.

  • Memberships will automatically recommence on the nominated return date unless otherwise arranged in writing. Refunds or credits will not be provided if you forget your return date or require an extension after your membership has recommenced.

  • Going away regularly? We also offer a $6 per week membership discount for members who choose not to freeze their membership at all during the year. If you'd like to discuss this option, please speak with our team.

Extended Medical Leave

If you are unable to train due to injury, illness or surgery for longer than 60 days, please contact us.
