Absolutely! Building an amazing community is just as important to us as helping you achieve your fitness goals. We love organising fun, spontaneous social events throughout the year. The great thing is—you can train as often or as little as works for you. The most important thing is to listen to your body. If you need a rest day, take one. Recovery is just as important as training when it comes to achieving long-term results. If you're new to fitness, we recommend starting with 3 classes per week. This gives your body time to recover while building strength, fitness, and confidence. As your fitness improves, you can gradually increase your training to 4–5 sessions per week, depending on your goals and how you're feeling. Our coaches are always happy to help you find a training schedule that suits your lifestyle and fitness goals.
Everyone's journey is different, but with consistent training and healthy nutrition, most members begin to notice positive changes within 4–6 weeks. You may first notice improvements in your energy levels, strength, fitness, and confidence before seeing physical changes. As you continue training, you'll build muscle, improve endurance, and feel stronger both inside and outside the gym.The key to getting results is consistency. Aim to train regularly, fuel your body with nutritious foods, get enough sleep, and trust the process. Our coaches are here to support you every step of the way and help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be.

Absolutely! We're a dog-loving gym, so your four-legged training buddy is more than welcome. Just be prepared—they're likely to receive plenty of pats and attention from our members! For everyone's safety, we ask that dogs remain on a lead and be securely tied up during classes. If your pup is a bit of a shedder, we'd really appreciate it if you could give the area a quick vacuum using the vacuum in the members' lounge before you leave. It helps keep the gym clean for everyone—because no one wants a mouthful of dog hair while doing burpees!
