BEGINNERS COURSE

Our Beginner Courses are designed for anyone new to CrossFit or HYROX training. This foundational course focuses on building confidence, improving technique, and learning correct movement patterns before stepping into group classes.

You’ll work through the key lifts, movements, stations, and fitness skills commonly used in both CrossFit and HYROX classes, helping you feel comfortable, capable, and ready to train confidently.

The course includes 3 x private 45-minute one-on-one sessions, booked at times that suit both you and your coach, plus 1 week of free unlimited classes to help you settle into the community and training environment.
