BOXING ZONE
Our Boxing Classes at CFM Functional Training are high-energy, coach-led sessions designed to build skill, fitness, and confidence in a supportive environment.
Each class combines technical skill development with pad work and bag work, giving members the opportunity to learn proper boxing fundamentals while getting a serious workout. Sessions are structured to improve coordination, speed, power, and overall conditioning.
You’ll also finish with targeted core work to strengthen stability and enhance performance both inside and outside the gym.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or experienced in boxing, our classes are accessible to all levels, with coaches providing guidance, progressions, and challenges to suit every individual.
