Functional Fitness sessions for kids aged 5-12 years! These sessions are perfect for young athletes looking to: ​

Unlimited access to our CFM Kids classes runs Monday to Friday from 4:15–5:00pm, led by our incredible Kids coach, Coach Sam.

Sam is an experienced school teacher and an accomplished adaptive athlete, bringing a unique blend of education, coaching expertise, and real-world understanding to our kids program. Her background in teaching means she knows how to engage children of all abilities, build confidence, and create a positive, structured learning environment where every child feels supported.

As an adaptive athlete, Sam is deeply passionate about inclusivity and helping kids discover what their bodies can do. She creates sessions that are fun, safe, and empowering—focusing on movement skills, coordination, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love of being active.

CFM Functional Traiing is proud to be an NDIS-registered provider offering specialised Functional Fitness, HYROX and Boxing or personal training sessions designed for children with autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, or behavioural challenges. Our evidence-informed programs support physical, emotional, and behavioural development—perfect for parents, caregivers, and schools looking for safe, regulated, accessible movement options.

Boxing provides:

 

  • Emotional regulation and stress/aggression release

  • Bodily awareness and sensory integration

  • Improved strength, coordination, and motor skills
